Our Executive Team
Kevin Keane
With over 20 years’ experience in the Integrated Circuit industry, Kevin has delivered numerous projects towards successful completion for several multi-national clients. In 2005, he co-founded Chipright, and has been instrumental in establishing the company as a globally-recognised specialist agency for high-tech electronic consulting engineers.
Kevin also serves as a board member with Hockey Ireland, a trustee to Connacht Hockey, having played the role of President and Chairman, lending his leadership skills to a community for which he cares deeply. Through it all, his unwavering standards and independent thinking continue to shape not only Chipright’s global trajectory but also the broader field in which he operates.
James O'Reilly
Working in the semi-conductor industry since 2001, James has a proven track record of building successful customer focused business development teams. During Chipright’s early years, he was contracted as a consultant verification engineer, before stepping back from contract work in 2007 to manage the business development, finance and day-to-day operations of the company.
In January 2008, James became COO at Chipright, streamlining operations and positioning the company as Ireland’s leading specialised engineering recruitment and contracting firm, facilitating the development of hardware solutions within the global semiconductor industry.
Darran Withey
Darran has been influential in the growth of Chipright’s digital sector and thus acts as the digital team lead. As an avid sports fan Darran follows Liverpool FC but his heart remains with his beloved Worcester warriors! COYW!!!!
Sarah McDonald
Sarah enjoys analyzing data, problem solving and delivering on our clients requirements - she shares an enthusiasm of fast cars, horses and likes to work in fact paced environments!
Natalia Bisaga
Recently joining the local dodgeball club, Natalia “aims” to make a smashing impression on the Chipright team.
Alison Freer
She is a Tullamore native with a strong background in business administration and customer service with over 6 years experience in the hospitality and tourism sector.
Alison specializes in the recruitment of Digital Verification engineers, playing a key role within our microchip contract services division.
Alison has a keen interest in horses and likes to spend most weekends mucking out their stables when she can!
Adrian Holmes
Adrian is a keen football enthusiast (YNWA) and loves hitting the gym….most of the time anyway.
Amy Hardiman
Known for her strategic approach, Amy excels in crafting targeted recruitment strategies, to attract and retain high-quality candidates. Their expertise spans full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and customers.
A graduate of NUIG with a degree in Commerce and a background in customer service - having specialised in HR management, Contemporary Issues in Work and Organisations, Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise, Employee Relations Rights and Obligations, Employment Law, Company Law and Business Law.
Work aside - Amy is a Galway GAA fanatic
Claire Keyser
Gerry O'Carroll
He brings a wealth of experience having worked as a senior electronic design engineer, product marketing manager and sales and business development manager within outstanding companies including Analog Devices, Intel, Nortel Networks and Tellabs.
Gerry has a keen interest in sports , particularly GAA and Rugby and music.
Murielle Lacombled
She is the founder of Abileapty, a firm providing unique consultancy services for companies in the semi-conductors, automotive, defense, aerospace, medical, telecom and consumer market sectors.
Murielle is a French national, educated with an MBA from KEDGE business school and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales, with proven past experience with both Synopsys and Cadence.
Rachel Curran
Outside of work, Rachel is an avid supporter of Galway GAA, enjoys attending comedy gigs and concerts, and embraces her adventurous side—once skydiving from 10,000 feet!
