Recruitment Professionals

with SALES & MARKETING EXPERIENCE

Chipright is a supplier of professional engineers to clients in the semiconductor industry. We provide a service to our clients by finding the best talent available within the market and providing it to our customers in a timely and cost effective manner. Chipright provide a “right first time” services model. Our recruitment team is made up of professionals with backgrounds in Engineering, Recruitment, Sales & Marketing.

Our diverse and experienced recruitment team understand our clients’ needs right away. We have filled many engineering roles over the past decade in the semiconductor industry. Today, Chipright is a preferred supplier to some of the leading microchip development companies in the world.

We are continuously seeking to develop, enhance, improve and expand our recruitment team. To this extent, we are actively looking for people who come from different backgrounds and who can apply their skills within a dynamic recruitment team.

The skills we require are:

Enthusiasm: A well-motivated, committed, hard working person with a ‘can-do’ attitude. A person who is committed to bringing success to their job and parent company.

Sales background: A person with excellent telephone skills, ability to engage with both clients and candidates in a professional manner over phone / email & social media platforms. A person who can establish and develop a working relationship with world class engineers.

Recruitment background: A person with experience in the recruitment world, ability to engage with candidates and develop both new and existing clients by attracting top talent to our contracting team. Ideally, our recruiters have experience with contract / temporary placements and thus have good knowledge of the marketplace within which Chipright operate. Full time recruitment experience is also beneficial to our team.

Willingness to work both individually and as a team player: Our recruitment team work hard as a unit, diversifying tasks and counting on team members to fulfil their tasks to a high level in order to get the job done. At times this may mean having to use our CRM efficiently / sales calls / research / marketing via social media platforms.

Computer literate: A person who can use Microsoft tools, CRM software for recruitment, e-mail, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing, Twitter) for professional recruitment activities. Ideally, you will have a degree from a 3rd level institution – although this isn’t a must have. Just someone who is proficient with a laptop and all that goes with it!

Good social skills: A recruiter with good social skills is typically good on the phone, good at developing new leads, good at bringing out the best in people – both in the office and outside of it.
