Referral Scheme
Chipright operates three separate referral bonus schemes, two of which are open to its employees and the general public, and the third which enables its engineers to earn additional income without working harder or longer hours.

Refer a Friend
Chipright’s ‘Refer A Friend’ scheme invites referrals from its key stakeholders and the general public. Regardless of the source, a successful referral or introduction of a new engineer to Chipright results in a €600 commission fee for the individual who makes the introduction.
The only condition attached to this bonus payout is that the referred engineer must complete a minimum 12-week work placement with a Chipright customer. Once the 12-week period is complete, the bonus is paid directly to the person who made the referral.
Refer a Hiring Manager
Chipright’s ‘Refer a Hiring Manager’ scheme operates on similar terms to the ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme, with referrals invited from its key stakeholders and the general public. Regardless of the source, a successful referral or introduction of a new hiring manager to Chipright results in a €600 commission fee for the individual who makes the introduction.
The only condition attached to this bonus payout is that the referred hiring manager must use a Chipright engineer for a minimum 12-week work placement. Once the 12-week period is complete, the bonus is paid directly to the person who made the referral.
Mentor Partner Programme
Chipright’s Mentor Partner Programme enables existing contractors to leverage the power of their network to grow their income without working harder or longer hours. Instead of a once-off referral bonus payment, the programme facilitates lead consultants and contractors to earn additional margin by bringing junior engineers on board on their contracts, and providing leadership throughout the project.
