360 Recruiter
The role of the recruitment consultant is to source engineering candidates, interview them based on their technical skills and negotiate well with the engineers to uncover if they fit our customer requirements. The role requires the recruitment consultant to work in a fast-paced environment where they need to be efficient in order to close out the placement win with the customer.
The recruitment consultant will utilize their interpersonal phone communication skills to follow our strategy of ‘listening, ‘being attentive’ and ‘being curious’ to leverage market intelligence information which will uncover and maximize opportunities inside our market. This will culminate in making placement wins for Chipright.
They will need to focus on sourcing and delivering the right engineer with the right skill at the right price in the right location and at the right time. Our reputation for delivering senior level engineers that are experts within their technological field at the right time during a customer’s project is what sets us apart from the competition. We compete to win through strategic competitive pricing, quality management, sales and marketing policy implementation which collectively deliver a strong growth pattern in the market.

RequirementsEssential Requirements

Ability to communicate well over the phone and to be confident and assertive in driving a conversation to uncover the market information

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-orientated recruitment environment

Proven history and demonstrated experience in sourcing and interviewing talent

Proven track record of developing candidate pools within a recruitment marketplace

Proven track record of qualifying references and referrals from within a talent network

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to negotiate well to develop new business

Proven experience in conducting interviews, closing out offers and completing placement wins

Demonstrated experience in generating leads for new business through talent pools

Skilled with using recruitment tools including CRM’s, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
