Role:
-Collaborate closely with design and test engineering teams from the earliest development stages to review chip electrical and mechanical specifications and define the hardware architecture and requirements for Load Boards (LB) and Probe Cards (PC).
-Lead end-to-end development of LB and PC hardware, including schematic design, BOM selection, PCB layout oversight, PI/SI simulations, and mechanical integration.
-Define, guide, and validate test socket specifications, ensuring optimal design and electrical performance.
-Establish electrical and mechanical requirements for custom RF modules as part of the overall test system architecture.
-Manage supplier relationships and logistics, including tracking manufacturing progress, delivery timelines, quality assurance, and RMA/repair processes.
-Own hardware readiness activities such as validation, qualification, and release of test hardware for engineering and production use.
-Support post-silicon test program debugging by resolving hardware-related issues'

Requirements:
-B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
7+ years of experience in hardware board design and development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
-Strong expertise in Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis, modelling, and troubleshooting.
-Hands-on experience with PCB design tools and reviewing complex, high-speed, multilayer board layouts.
-Practical experience with RF simulation tools such as HFSS or similar EM solvers.
-Experience supporting manufacturing and test processes.
-Prior experience in Load Board or Probe Card design advantageous.
