About the Role:
  
We are seeking experienced Analog Layout Engineers with proven expertise in advanced FinFET technologies (12nm or below) to join our design team. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for full-custom layout of analog and mixed-signal circuits, collaborating closely with circuit designers to deliver high-performance, high-reliability silicon.
  
 
Key Responsibilities:
  
  •  	
    Perform full-custom layout for analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital blocks in 12nm FinFET technology.
     	
  •  	
    Work with circuit designers to interpret schematics.
     	
  •  	
    Ensure layout quality, matching, symmetry, and device performance per design specifications.
     	
  •  	
    Conduct LVS/DRC/ERC verification and resolve issues efficiently.
     	
  •  	
    Optimize layout for area, parasitics, and reliability while adhering to foundry rules.
     	
  •  	
    Collaborate with CAD and verification teams to maintain design flow and automation efficiency.
     	
  •  	
    Participate in layout reviews and contribute to continuous flow improvement.
