🎯 Purpose of the Role
To generate revenue through successful placement of high-quality consulting engineers, while building long-term relationships with key clients in the semiconductor industry.

🔑 Core Responsibilities
1️⃣ Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and engage target semiconductor companies
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Qualify new opportunities and convert them into active assignments
- Build long-term account penetration strategies
2️⃣ Role Ownership & Hiring Strategy
- Take full ownership of client roles from qualification to placement
- Define recruitment strategy:
- Talent targeting
- Market mapping
- Delivery timelines
- Ensure alignment between:
- Client needs
- Candidate capability
- Commercial viability
3️⃣ Delivery & Candidate Management
- Manage sourcing teams (180 recruiters) to build talent pipelines
- Screen, qualify, and position engineers effectively
- Guide candidates through interview process and negotiations
- Maintain high-quality communication across all stakeholders
4️⃣ Sales Closing & Revenue Generation
- Drive recruitment processes through to successful placement
- Manage:
- Offer negotiation
- Counteroffers
- Closing strategies
- Deliver consistent billing performance against targets
5️⃣ Account Growth & Strategic Expansion
- Expand existing client accounts through:
- Repeat hires
- Cross-team placements
- Long-term partnerships
- Transition from transactional recruitment to strategic resourcing partner
