RFIC Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities

Design and verify RFIC components such as wideband PLL frequency synthesizers, VCOs, prescalers, charge pumps, loop filters, and LDOs.

Develop and optimize fractional-N and integer-N PLL architectures for phase noise, spur, power, and area performance.

Perform circuit-level design and simulation using tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, SpectreRF, and ADS.

Conduct layout supervision to ensure performance and reliability (e.g., parasitic extraction, matching, EM modeling).

Collaborate with system architects, digital designers, and test engineers to define specifications and validate silicon performance.
