Kevin Keane is Co-founder and CEO of Chipright. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Chip Design from the University of Galway. A certified Project Manager through the Project Management Institution (PMI), he has also undertaken extensive training and research, including in the Hyper Sales and Scaling Up methodologies.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Integrated Circuit industry, Kevin has delivered numerous projects towards successful completion for several multi-national clients. In 2005, he co-founded Chipright, and has been instrumental in establishing the company as a globally-recognised specialist agency for high-tech electronic consulting engineers.
Kevin also serves as a trustee to Connacht Hockey, having played the role of President and Chairman, lending his leadership skills to a community for which he cares deeply. Through it all, his unwavering standards and independent thinking continue to shape not only Chipright’s global trajectory but also the broader field in which he operates.

Director
James O’Reilly is Co-founder, Chief Operations Officer (COO) and VP Sales at Chipright. He graduated with a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from ATU Galway and a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Galway. In 2005, he co-founded Chipright.
Working in the semi-conductor industry since 2001, James has a proven track record of building successful customer focused business development teams. During Chipright’s early years, he was contracted as a consultant verification engineer, before stepping back from contract work in 2007 to manage the lead generation, finance and day-to-day operations of the company.
In January 2022, James became COO at Chipright, streamlining operations and positioning the company as Ireland’s leading specialised engineering recruitment and contracting firm, facilitating the development of hardware solutions within the global semiconductor industry.
