Meet the team

Darran, the veteran of the office, joined Chipright in 2011 bringing with him 10 years sales and business development experience in the UK and European markets. Darran is in possession of a BA hons in Media and Cultural Studies - and has amassed 16 years experience in employment law, conflict resolution, counselling skills and recruitment best practice.

Darran has been influential in the growth of Chipright’s digital sector and thus acts as the digital team lead. As an avid sports fan Darran follows Liverpool FC but his heart remains with his beloved Worcester warriors! COYW!!!!

Joining in 2022, Niall is an administrator within our customer success sales team. An hons degree graduate in English Literature from Carlow College, Ireland. Niall has further enhanced his skill set having studied Psychology at NUIG. He brings his experience from various customer service roles into our team.

Outside of the office, Niall enjoys retro video games, long walks with a podcast and swimming.

Natalia joined the team in 2016 and brings an international element to our team. Holding international HR and business experience, Natalia compliments the Digital team perfectly and has already enhanced its prolific status with our European business partners.

Recently joining the local dodgeball club, Natalia “aims” to make a smashing impression on the Chipright team.

Alison is the newest addition to the Digital Verification Team and comes with a strong background in business administration and customer service. She is a Tullamore native who graduated with a Bachelor of Business Degree from GMIT, Galway and is now following a career in Chipright as a Trainee Technical Recruiter.

Alison has over 6 years’ experience in (hospitality/Customer service) industry. She has a keen interest in horses and likes to spend most weekends mucking out their stables when she can!

Adrian is a leading team member within the Digital Verification Team and brings with him a strong background in journalism, business administration and customer service, helping him to form strong relationships with both customers and engineers. Adrian has experience working with various computer systems and from his previous roles as a sales adviser will add a fresh approach to our Service Delivery Team.

Adrian is a keen football enthusiast (YNWA) and loves hitting the gym….most of the time anyway.

Annette joined Chipright in 2015 and has a background in medical science and brings a calm grounded methodical approach that is reflected in her day to day tasks.

Annette has an expert understanding of analog and RF engineering resulting in a seamless and effective collaboration with all parties.

Amy joined Chipright in 2019 and works within the Analog, Mixed Signal, RF and Test group. Amy is a graduate of NUIG with a degree in Commerce and a background in customer service - having specialised in HR management, Contemporary Issues in Work and Organisations, Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise, Employee Relations Rights and Obligations, Employment Law, Company Law and Business Law.

Amy has an expert understanding of Analog and RF engineering resulting in an efficient collaboration with clients and candidates alike. Work aside - Amy is a Galway GAA fanatic and like's to chew the popcorn whilst watching Liverpool on the TV (YNWA)

Gina joined the Chipright team in 2016, having worked in the corporate world for over 30 years.

Gina received a diploma of distinction in business studies in Ballsbridge College of Business Studies, Dublin in 1985. The experience of working in diverse industries ranging from software to global finance has provided Gina with a deep knowledge of the business development life cycle process. She adds a wealth of experience in business development and international sales to the team in Chipright.

Gina's strenghts include in B2B development, managing clients, sales pipeline, and telephone etiquette. She is passionate about people, their needs, their expectations and believes that nurturing and developing the relationship with people is paramount to success.

She has trained call center teams, setup her own dog business, rescued many dogs including her own golden retriever.

Sarah joined Chipright in 2019 and works as the marketing administrator for the company. Sarah has a strong background in retail, transport, warehousing and recruitment. She brings a wealth of experience from the southern hemisphere where she worked with governmental bodies.

Sarah enjoys analyzing data, problem solving and delivering on our clients requirements - she shares an enthusiasm of fast cars, horses and likes to work in fact paced environments!
