Product Characterization & Industrialization 
Chipright seeks highly motivated and enthusiastic engineer to be experienced in developing Product Characterization and industrialization for our French customer. This is a fantastic opportunity for talented engineers to work within a team of highly experienced engineers.

 	
Responsible to define and exercise the characterization test plan and the production test flow according to design quality, reliability and application engineering recommendations
 	
Ensures adherence between Test Solution cost effectives and test coverage required by the Quality Guidelines
 	
Develop from libraries the test programs for the characterization, Production screening and reliability screening Read/out
 	
Explains the deviations from the plans ( Charact. Production flow) related to test measurement with standards, proposes improvement and/or corrective action plans along with design, quality and technical departments then ensures proper follow-up
 	
Provides all results for maturity level change inside the product development process (PDP) (reports on electrical characterization, drift analysis, etc)
