Principal Analog Mixed Signal Designer
Chipright seeks a highly motivated and experienced Principal Analog Mixed Signal Design engineer for our Irish customer to deliver best performance and meet project deadlines.
The Analog Mixed Signal Designer will work on the development of the next generation products for Automotive LiDAR required for ADAS and Autonomous Driving vehicles.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, physics or related discipline, M.Sc. or Ph.D. is desired
• A minimum of 5 years‘ experience in analog or mixed-signal analog IC Design
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in a team

Experience required
• Experience designing analog mixed signal circuitry and architectural development, especially related to arrays of SPADs & TDCs
• Experience in SPAD pixel array design and modelling
• Proven ability to lead a project from chip specification to tapeout
• Expertise in the use of industry standard integrated circuit design, simulation and verification tools (Cadence and Mentor)
• Experience working with PDKs from various vendors
• Experience with standard simulation tools such as SPICE
• Continuous track record of tape outs and increasing roles of responsibility
• Semiconductor device physics knowledge is required
• Experience with test and measurement requirements and ability to prescribe the testing required to validate their fabricated designs
